ORDER PROCESSING

The Apron Chef is currently only accepting orders within the United States.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. 
Orders placed on Friday after 5pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday. 
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification The Apron Chef will contact you with a follow-up email.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. priority mail to the address you designate. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your items have shipped. The USPS does not guarantee exact date of delivery.

If the United States Post Office confirms delivery of any order to the shipping address that was provided by the customer, and yet the customer does not receive it, The Apron Chef is not liable for reimbursing that order.

Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

Some commercial addresses may not accept shipments on Saturdays.

RETURN POLICY

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

The Apron Chef products are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the date of purchase subject to the following criteria: The product(s) must not have been washed or damaged in any way and must be free of all stains and odors. 

Items purchased online may be returned by mail to the company headquarters. Packages must include a copy of the initial receipt or the original order number. Packages must be mailed and post marked within 21 days of the purchase date. 

Once your package has been received your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. 

EXCHANGES: When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for full shipping costs. The Apron Chef will not charge you more than the actual cost of shipping. Guaranteed! Please call or email us at hello@theapronchef.com before exchanging items.

RETURNS: The Apron Chef will refund the entire purchase price, excluding shipping costs*. If a refund is due a credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the credit. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from The Apron Chef.

*We will only refund shipping charges if we accidentally sent the wrong item.

Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging if possible.  Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Shipping must be prepaid as we will not accept COD packages.
